Called Mr. T and in less than 24hrs their service tech Alon was at my house. Alon was very professional and was able to program 2 key fobs (w/remotestart feature), as well as cut and program 2 separate keys (chipped) for our 2013 Chevy Suburban in under an hr. All of this was done for the best price that I could find in a 20 mile radius. Great service that I would highly recommend! Keep up the great work Mr. T 👍

We purchased a new code lock and decided to help support a local small business. What a nightmare! Should have just stuck with Best Buy for the install. Once we modified the door, the gentleman came to install/set it up. He was unable to properly install it, $300 and we couldn’t even close the battery cover on the lock. It seemed the gentleman was overwhelmed, and more concerned about leaving. He had no problem walking away with our money however. We had to run after him and tell him IT STILL WAS NOT WORKING. After an immediate call to the manager, we were told someone would be out the next morning. Nah, in the end this was a $300 lesson on who not to use locally. Don’t waste your time or your money, not worth the hassle.

Extremely rude and confrontational employee. He was contracted to change locks at a building and the business owner was not notified. When asked who he was he became agitated and only stopped a physical attack when told he would be sprayed with pepper spray. Caution dealing with these guys. The owner decided to reply and lie. Even more caution. My business is still present and as strong as ever. Nice try Mr. T. Clearly these guys are not to be trusted.

I called for their services and the technician was there in less than an hour. The technician was fantastic and made quick work of the requested service.
